About this Project
Known locally as The Quays, the high-end retail outlet, shopping centre and social hub has a buzz about it. The development is mix of renovated buildings and contemporary areas that have been designed to follow the traditional warehouse character. Originally opened in 2001 it has now been recently refurbished. DAL GRAZER is used as part of the lighting concept to create a dramatic up-light effect. Tucked neatly above the shop fronts the GRAZER’s close offset narrow beam LEDs enhance the detailed decorative plaster work, whilst adding height and lightness to the space.
